These terms are an agreement between you, the parent or guardian who sets up Nunoland, and AppskKuber ("we", "us"), who makes it. By setting up or using Nunoland you accept them. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy.

1. Who can use Nunoland

Nunoland is made for children aged 2 to 8, used with a parent or guardian. The person who sets it up, enters any child's details and makes any purchase must be an adult who is the child's parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for how the children in your care use Nunoland, including how long they play; the app's play-time and bedtime controls help, but they cannot lock the phone itself.

2. Your account and Parent PIN

Nunoland creates an account for your family automatically. You can also sign in with a Google account, or add an email and password, so your family's stories can be restored on another phone. Keep your Parent PIN and password private: anyone who knows the PIN can change settings and delete data.

3. Free features and the Family plan

3.1 Without a plan

Every family can use Nunoland's free features, which include one personal story made with AI. What is free is shown in the app and may change over time.

3.2 The Family plan

4. Trials, renewal, cancelling and refunds

5. AI-made stories

Personal stories are written, illustrated and narrated by AI (Google's Gemini models and Google Cloud voices), following our rules for young children: gentle themes, nothing scary or violent, and no free text from the child. AI can still make mistakes, draw something oddly or say something that isn't right. We recommend grown-ups look at new stories with their children. If a story isn't right, use Parent Zone → Report a story; we review reports and use them to improve our rules.

Stories and games are for enjoyment and early learning. They are not professional, medical or educational advice, and we don't promise any particular learning result.

6. Classic and cultural tales

Some stories, including Indian tales such as those of Baal Ganesha, Panchatantra and Tenali Rama, are inspired by traditional stories and folk tales and retold imaginatively for young children's enjoyment. They are told with respect and are not religious instruction.

7. Using Nunoland properly

Please don't:

8. Who owns what

Nunoland, Nuno, and the app's art, music, voices, classic tales and games belong to AppskKuber or the people who license them to us. Personal stories made for your family are for your family: you may keep them, read them, and share them privately with family and friends, but not sell or publish them commercially. So that we can run the service, you let us store and process the information you enter, as the Privacy Policy describes.

9. Changes and availability

We keep improving Nunoland, so features may change. Making a new story needs an internet connection and our AI providers to be available; we work to keep the service running but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted or free of errors. If we ever stop offering a paid feature, we will tell you in advance, and stories already made will stay readable.

10. Disclaimers and liability

To the extent the law allows, Nunoland is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim about Nunoland is limited to the amount you paid us for it in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

11. Ending

You can stop using Nunoland at any time, and delete your data in the Parent Zone (see Delete your data). We may suspend an account that seriously or repeatedly breaks these terms; if we do, we will explain why when we can.

12. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Rewa, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction. If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you also keep the protection of your country's mandatory consumer laws and may bring a claim in your local courts. Please contact us first; most problems can be sorted out quickly by email.

13. Changes to these terms

If we update these terms, we will change the date at the top. For important changes, we will tell you in the app before they apply. If you don't agree with the new terms, you can stop using Nunoland and cancel your plan.
