Delete Some of Your Data

Remove one story

1. Open Nunoland, tap Grown-ups and enter your Parent PIN.
2. In Settings, tap Report a story and choose the story.
3. Pick a reason, keep Also remove it from the garden switched on, and tap Send report.

Deleted straight away: the story from this phone and from your account's backup list.

Kept: the report you sent (the story's title, the reason and your note) for safety review. The story's pictures and narration stay in our cloud storage until you delete all data, or until we delete them on your email request (within 30 days).

Remove a child

1. Open Nunoland, tap Grown-ups and enter your Parent PIN.
2. In Children, tap the child, then tap Remove this child and confirm with your PIN.

Deleted straight away: the child's name, age group and avatar, their stories, learning progress and play history, on this phone and in your account's backup.

Kept: the pictures and narration of that child's stories in our cloud storage, until you delete all data or ask us by email (deleted within 30 days).

Remove family and friends' names

1. Open Nunoland, tap Grown-ups and enter your Parent PIN.
2. In Family & friends in stories, remove the name.

Deleted straight away. These names are kept only on the phone, so nothing else remains. Stories already made keep the words they were written with.

Anything else, by email

To delete a story's pictures and narration from our cloud storage, your Google or email sign-in, story reports you sent, or any other information, email us with the subject "Data Deletion Request". Tell us the email of your Nunoland account if you created one, otherwise your children's first names as entered in the app and roughly when a story was made. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by reply.
